01 Flask
We perform specialized testing and measurements to optimize the culture medium and evaluate microbial growth.
We measure key parameters such as pH, biomass, turbidity, glucose consumption, and microbial morphology, ensuring accurate and reliable results for the development of high-quality cultures.
02 Fermentation
We have a state-of-the-art Biostat B-Twin bioreactor that monitors key parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, gases, glucose, lactate, and foam in real time.
This allows us to control and optimize microbiological growth, ensuring stable processes, reproducible results, and the highest quality cultures.
03 Finished Product
We have specialized equipment such as centrifuges to separate the culture medium by density, microfiltration and ultrafiltration systems to precisely extract particles of interest, and a spray dryer that transforms liquids or suspensions into high-quality dry powder.
All of this allows us to deliver consistent, safe, and application-ready final products.
